What an exciting & exhausting Summer / Fall!! We had an awesome fun time with our album design contest on Creative Allies, www.creativeallies.com, a ton of excellent submissions that really made us focus on what exactly we wanted the cover art to do for us. The process of picking a winner was, in itself, a major growing process … just because we loved some of the different designs, do they represent us? Do they make us want to pick them up & look closer? Do they make us think automatically of the kind of music we make and present, or does it look like a chamber-rock-ska band??? Choices. We picked a submission by a Chilean designer that fit every role we were looking for, and Jenny Greer of Sound Mind Media www.soundmindmedia.net has done a fantastic job of carrying it accross the rest of the packaging design. Final masters arrived from Bristol UK last Monday, and Me Have Fun went into production last Friday!! Saying that we are giddy would be a major understatement.
Another huge source of excitement, is that we have joined the official lineup for MoogFest www.moogfest.com, in less than 2 weeks, in multiple venues across town over Halloween weekend. We share the bill and the stage with some of our greatest heros, such as Massive Attack, Thievery Corporation, King Britt (with Saturn Never Sleeps), Pretty Lights, Jonsi and so many more. We will be playing the Resident Advisor party on Friday night, followed by Lorn, then Bonobo. We are honored and absolutely thrilled! We’ve been planning an extra special show, we will have Franklin KeeI (Moog Foundation House Band, Sirius B) joining us on cello & running through Mooger Fooger effects, we will have 2 – 45 inch plasma screen tv’s flanking the stage for visuals by neb.Cinema, and I just finished sewing a new dress. Ahead of schedule ;)
There will be workshops, panels, interactive stations where you can get your Moog on, the Bob Moog Foundation www.moogfoundation.org will have a big presence, and of course, there will be a ton of awesome music!

Excitement is in the air, the colors are amazing, the air is crisp, the sky is clear. We have not set a release date yet for the album, but I will hint that there MAY be advance copies for sale at MoogFest. Just sayin. Stay tuned for some neat-o giveaways too … ringtones?? And we’re remodling the website … for real.
